Melin comes to Eloqua from Taleo, which was recently acquired by Oracle Corporation, where she was CMO. Prior to Taleo, she served as CMO of Polycom Inc., where she helped turn the brand into a leader in unified communications. Before joining Polycom, Ms. Melin was CMO at Hyperion Solutions Corp. (now Oracle Hyperion), where she led a brand strategy that led to renewed recognition within the business intelligence space. Prior to Hyperion Solutions, she led marketing services at PeopleSoft.

Melin received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Organizational Psychology from Willamette University.

He's a seasoned search and advertising industry veteran. His former roles include VP, Interactive Media for the Interpublic Group agency Wahlstrom Interactive, and CEO of Kinetic Results, a 2006 Advertising Age Top 20 search engine marketing firm. Kevin has published over 200 articles on search and interactive marketing in industry publications such as Advertising Age, iMedia, MediaPost, ClickZ and Search Engine Watch. His current and former client roster includes notable brands like Rolex Watch, USA, State Farm Insurance, Farmers Insurance, Minolta Corporation, Samsung Electronics America, Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Panasonic Services, and the Hilton Hotels brands. Widely quoted and recognized as an industry expert, Kevin has appeared in news and information resources such as CNN, The Associated Press, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and New York Times. John Boris is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for marketing efforts including brand and customer marketing, ecommerce, product management, business development, user experience, creative services, market research and corporate communications across the Shutterfly, Tiny Prints, Wedding Paper Divas and Treat brands. John brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, brand communications and strategic business development to his role.

John joined Shutterfly from Lonely Planet where he served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director, overseeing all facets of the business for Lonely Planet Americas, including marketing, retail sales, B2B, and global mobile product development. Prior to Lonely Planet, John was Senior Vice President at Zagat Survey, where he managed the marketing organization, online and mobile services, customer service and production. He also led re-branding efforts and commercial aspects of Zagat interactive properties.

John also held leadership positions at 1-800 and FreshDirect, Inc. where the company was recognized as Marketer of the Year from The Direct Marketing Association and he was nominated for BrandWeek's Top 40 Under 40.

John earned his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and has a BA in American Studies from Middlebury College. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wife and children, sailing (he is a former professional charter boat captain), following his favorite New York sports teams, being outdoors and of course taking countless photos of his family.
