Refund Policy

All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by the appropriate dates. Telephone requests will not be honored. Letters or email requests must be received by the following dates:

By January 1, 2008
Full refund minus a $25 processing fee

By January 31, 2008
50% refund , minus a $25 processing fee

On/After February 1, 2008
No refunds will be provided

Refund requests will be processed and issued within 7 business days of request.
