
Paul Beaulieu is an Associate Partner within IBM Interactive's Boston Innovation Center. Paul assists clients design, develop and implement customer experience strategies that create engagement with their targeted audiences. As a member of IBM Interactive for the past 12 years, Paul has worked across industries to help organizations understand their users and design strategies to create competitive advantage.
Prior to joining IBM, Paul was a management consultant specializing in business strategy and organizational effectiveness within the Harbridge House Division of Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s of Business Administration from Syracuse University.
