Online Marketing Intern
SUMMARY
A Marketing professional with the ability to support the efforts of the Marketing team by performing the job responsibilities listed below as well as other duties that may be assigned as needed. Portfolio and resume will need to be provided upon interview. Supplying an electronic portfolio upon application is a plus.

Responsibilities/Duties

- Social Media Marketing Management
- Manage Twitter handles and promotions
- Work with design team to upgrade Facebook Fan Page
- Brand management across various social media networks
- Creation of marketing schedules and calendars
- Email marketing
- Write email copy with consistent marketing messages to a list of 50,000 subscribers
- Input copy into content management system
- Send test emails through Salesforce and ExactTarget
- Copywriting/Editing promotional materials such as banner ads, landing pages, emails, tweets, etc.
- Data entry, inputting customer feedback into our system
- Responsible for multiple brands: onlinemarketingconnect.com onlinemarketingsummit.com, and institute.onlinemarketingconnect.com (OMC, OMS and OMI, respectively).

Requirements
|
|
- Highly organized and responsible for production within strict deadlines.
- This individual has to be extremely detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
- Pursuing a four year degree or holds a four year degree in Advertising, Marketing, English, Business or related field.
- Experience in marketing or advertising a plus.
