
Maggie Seeliger is the senior manager of global marketing for Halliburton's drilling services business unit, Sperry Drilling. Prior to her role at Halliburton she founded Metricus Marketing, helping companies with strategy, marketing and metrics to drive business growth. She also served as vice president of strategic business development for Gulf Publishing and senior manager of marketing communications for KBR. She regularly speaks and writes on marketing-related topics.
Seeliger is immediate past president of the American Marketing Association Houston Chapter, having served on the board since 2004. Seeliger is also a member of the Women's Energy Network, the National Association of Women MBAs, the National Association of Women Business Owners, the Junior League of Houston and on the Host Committee for the Texas Conference for Women.
Seeliger has been recognized for excellence in marketing by the American Marketing Association Houston chapter, including at the Crystal Awards in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and Marketer of the Year in 2008. She has a BA in English from the University of Iowa and a MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
