Elise Neel

Elise Neel has a fascination with digital media. After graduating from Pepperdine University, Elise began her career in online ad sales with a small Malibu-based firm. There, she worked with top brands such as HBO, Maybelline and Columbia Records to develop innovative campaigns that helped increase awareness and drive sales.

She then ventured into the agency world working for RPA and Carat as the Online Media Supervisor to brands such as Honda, Acura, Hyundai, Kia, and Pioneer Home Electronics among others. Elise lead the emerging media bandwagon as she launched the first interactive online video campaign, pioneered the advergaming space, and hand-held clients through their first experiences with Podcasts, mobile technology, CRM database collection and search engine marketing.

After four years of agency life, Elise returned to her ad sales roots working as the Manager of West Coast Client Strategy and Services for cars.com. Working on accounts such as Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus, Hyundai and Kia, she teamed with the editorial and production staff to develop new products for consumers and advertisers.

Through her agency and publisher ventures, Elise developed a love for analytics and joined InsightExpress in 2006 to develop the West Coast. As Director of National Sales, Elise oversaw advertising effectiveness research sales to publishers, agencies and marketers across all industry verticals.

Elise joined comScore as VP, Marketing Solutions in 2009 where she originally focused her time on the West Coast, strategic accounts and the mobile sector. In early 2010, she moved to the comScore headquarters in Reston, VA to lead the East Coast Media & Publishing team. Servicing clients with comScore’s entire suite of solutions including syndicated measurement, advertising effectiveness, surveys, segmentation, behavioral profiling and online/offline transactional measurement, Elise’s clients include media publishers, ad networks, data provides, exchanges and DSPs.
