
Chad is a Senior Managing Consultant in IBM's Customer Innovation & Growth (CIG) practice. He leads customer strategy and marketing transformation engagements in the financial services sector. Chad previously worked in IBM's Business Analytics and Optimization strategy practice on business intelligence; marketing and customer analytics. He has over 12 years of experience developing customer-focused strategies to improve marketing, sales and service; enhance multichannel customer experiences; improve website usability and functionality; increase marketing effectiveness via analytics; while leveraging emerging media. Prior to IBM, he was as a Principal Analyst at Forrester Research working in the eBusiness, Marketing & Strategy practices. Chad earned a BS in Marketing (honors and distinction) from Iowa State University and an MBA from the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University.
